She is Chanda ji, She work as a labourer, Chanda stays with her mother and father and works to supports her family and livelihood of her entire family.
Her work challenges her for 12 hour heavy shifts. But the pride that she contributes financially and helps her mom dad surpasses her pain and exhaustion!
Chanda has Truly proved and endorses that Daughter's can also become a support to their Daddy like Son's!

She is Neelaben, who belongs to the Tribal community, she sells vegetables near Udhna railway station. She lost her husband seven years ago. She does her business from 8 in the morning upto 6:30 in the evening. However, her tryst with life does not end within this time.
She hails from a village near Nandurbar, in Maharashtra. Hence her every day routine starts at around 4:30 in the morning when she boards a train from Nandurbar to Udhna travelling all the way covering a lengthy route of 22 Railway stations one way! The same way, once she leaves from the Udhna Station at 6:30 in the evening, she reaches her home by 10 in the night after which she cooks and eats her meal!
Neelaben leads an extremely tough life. But, the beaming smile that she always wears, is truly unbelievable! Her hardships and difficulties do not dare to snatch away the happiness she wears on her face.
Neelaben is an Inspiration and Caressa really Salutes her!.

She is Bhuriben, she works as a labourer in a Coal Quarry. To ensure the smooth functioning of her house, she helps her husband in this way, for that she has to work in the Hot Sun for a 12 hour duty. Far away from her native village she and her husband are alone here, sans any relative or parents who can take care of her little child while they go for work.
Hence, she has to carry her child with her to the site. Bhuriben’s should be complimented, not only because of her work, but, during her work if her child cries, she takes out time to even feed him!
A woman who takes head on responsibility of her house by earning for it and at the same time taking out time for the care and upbringing of her child, cannot be an ordinary woman! She is a warrior, who handles both the posts like an able commander.

She is Tinuben, she sells flowers in the local market. One can’t feel but gratified, when you know about her. Last year Tinuben lost her Husband. Since then, the responsibilities of the whole household is upon her, and She ensures that all her three children get proper education.
Even though she is the sole bread winner of the family which makes it very difficult to manage, you can never see a frown on her head. She believes that this tough phase of life will also pass away and her children will become independent.This belief keeps her going strong with her head held high with a beaming smile!

She is Meena, mother of three kids. To support their livelihood, she toils the whole day as a construction site worker. The amount of efforts that goes in to carrying heavy loads on her head and braving the hot Sun is commendable, she believes that there is no other option than hard work, in order to fulfill the basic necessities of her family and in future she will surely get the stability that she craves for her family. She dreams that her kids will get a nice government job when they grow up!
Caressa wishes good luck to Meena in achieving her dreams, salutes her for empowering her family through hard work, she is a wonderful Inspiration.

She is Krishna, she collects waste and scrap for a living. She had cherished a deep wish for education, however, the financial situation at her home did not permit her to continue education.
Though she left her studies, Krishna is a proud soul, as she herself runs and empowers her family.
From morning till evening, with load on her head, she roams the streets of the city under the harsh Sun, then, at the end of the day she earns her living.
